As you may know, I’ve been developing a new Web application called Stikki.me for the past few months. Stikki is what you might call a “geoblogging” tool; it allows you to leave virtual notes attached to real-world locations, via the magic of GPS, wi-fi triangulation and other neat stuff.
There’s no pay up front, but he’s promising profit sharing.
Virtual geocached content is a really intriguing idea. Imagine being able to tell a story whose parts are only accessible by hitting specific locations in a city, or “hiding” information by only making it available if you’re standing in a certain place. There’s all sorts of weird applications for this.
