Epic Games Releases Unreal Development Kit

The hyper-expensive and [sometimes-maligned][maligned] Unreal Engine [gets a free / indie version][link]. [The Unreal Development Kit][link] is free for non-commercial use, and $2500 per-seat for commercial games.
